2. Booking and Cancellation


  • Bookings must be made via our website, phone, or approved channels.
  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee as outlined during booking.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
  • Full payment is due at the time of service or as agreed in your invoice.
  • We accept credit cards, debit cards, and other methods offered via our payment processor.

Late payments may result in additional fees or suspension of service.


4. Liability and Damages

While we take every precaution, we are not responsible for:


  • Pre-existing damages to property.
  • Items not disclosed as fragile or of high value.
  • Damage due to faulty fixtures, appliances, or structural defects.


Claims must be reported within 48 hours of service completion. Verified damages will be handled in accordance with our insurance policy, if applicable.


5. User Responsibilities


You agree to:


  • Provide accurate information during booking.
  • Ensure safe and reasonable working conditions at the service location.
  • Keep pets secure during visits, if applicable.

6. SMS Terms and Conditions


By opting into SMS from a web form or other medium, you agree to receive messages from FlowerHill Facility Services, LLC. This includes SMS messages for conversation (external or between employees).

  1. SMS Consent Communication: The information obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
  2.
